The placing of an order will be held as acceptance of the conditions stated below:-

Prices and Availability:

• Prices are wholesale, ex-nursery and subject to VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices later in the season if necessary, if we need to buy extra stock.
• All plants are offered subject to being unsold on receipt of a firm order. No complaints can be considered unless made with SEVEN DAYS of recieving the plants.

Settlement of Account:

• All orders must be paid for on collection.
• For approved customers only, settlement is due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• We reserve the right to charge 2.5% per month on overdue accounts.
• It is understood that legal title to the goods supplied does not pass to the customer until full payment is received by ourselves.

Cancellations:

• Should an unfilled order be cancelled after 31st December, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the value of the order as liquidated damages.

20/40cm = 8/15in. high
30/45cm = 12/18in.
40/60cm = 15/24in.
60/90cm = 2/3ft.
90/120cm = 3/4ft.
120/150cm = 4/5ft.
150/180cm = 5/6ft.
180/210cm = 6/7ft.

Plant Age:

1 + 0 = 1 yr seedling.
1 + 1 = 1 year seedling - 1 yr transplant.
1 u 1 = 1 yr seedling - undercut in seedbed.
0 + 1 = 1 yr rooted cutting.
